Hi Guys and Gals

Need to know how I go about obtaining a copy of the CCTV footage for Angmering Railway Station from 12:50-13:10 today. Can't go into too much detail on here, but in order to know the truth of what went on I need to see the footage. No actual crime was committed but two members of my family are telling me different versions of events.

Any help or advice appreciated.

There should be signs up at the station telling you who the data controller is. An individual has the right under the Data Protection Act to make a "subject request" to see footage from CCTV that they are personally in, although the data holder does have the right to charge for this but I think it's a nominal fee like £10.

If you're not in the footage yourself then I suspect that you won't get very far in requesting it.

Thanks NoddingDonkey, one of the parties concerned wants to see the footage anyway so I'll scribe out the request for them and they can sign it.
