Hi all, I have recently passed my first assessment and passed and have since passed the reaction test and sat the cbi.

Now still waiting on results but have heard that some people who failed the cbi were told the next day via email, also everyone was around an hour but I was in there two.

Now I know I should be patient but I have nearly no hair left waiting, does the above look good or bad to people who have gone through it?

No idea - only you will have known what you said in there and how well you answered the questions! Be patient - you have to be with the railway recruitment proces.

Yep, patience is a real virtue, as I have been trying to learn for the last 12 months! On the face of it it could be a positive outcome, but I suspect HR departments from different TOCs will work differently from one another in terms of notifying candidates so not sure...
