Hii , I’ve been caught that I ve used someone else student Oyster card , I’ve been used for 2 weeks the same route and a 2 months ago I used 3 weeks on the same route , they took card and my details and I don’t know what is gonna happen now can you help me please

The train company will write to you and ask for your explanation for cheating them. They will threaten to take you to court, and if it is TfL they almost certainly will. If it is another company they may offer to settle without prosecuting you.
When the letter arrives come back here, upload a copy with personal details hidden. We can then give more advice.

TfL take this sort of fare evasion very seriously. Unlike many other train operators, TfL do not offer out of court settlements - they almost always take people to court, although in exceptional circumstances they issue a "final warning".
TfL are very unlikely to see any reasonable excuse for using somebody else's Student Oyster card, but for the best chance of receiving the best outcome you should ensure you do not ignore any correspondence from TfL - this will not go away of you just ignore it. As already mentioned above, wait for the letter to arrive and then post a copy of it here - with personal details and any reference numbers obscured. It could take a few months for the letter to arrive, so it is important to make sure you will be able to access your mail - if you're likely to change address you should let TfL know ASAP and if you're going to be away for any length of time it would be wise to make arrangements to ensure you don't miss anything (perhaps arranging for someone to check your post whilst you are away).

Transport for London take misuse of Student Oyster cards very seriously and a prosecution under the TfL Bylaws is the usual outcome.
What happens next is TfL will send you a Verification Letter, normally within a couple of weeks. The letter will ask you to confirm or deny the incident and ask you to give any mitigating circumstances which you would like them to take into account when deciding how to proceed.
I suggest you mention the following in your reply:
- That you are sorry for what has happened
- What you have learned from the incident
- That you are keen to settle the matter without the need for court action
- Offer to pay the outstanding fare and TfL's administrative costs in dealing with the matter
TfL generally do not offer out of court settlements although in some very limited circumstances they have been known to issue a final warning instead of prosecution. Prosecutions are normally done through what is called a Single Justice Procedure Notice. This means that if you plead guilty it is not necessary to attend court in person (unless you choose to do), you simply return the form to the court with any mitigation you want them to take into account and they will write to you with the details of the fine you have to pay.
If you are prosecuted and plead guilty (or are found guilty by the court) then you will have to pay:
- A fine based on your income, usually disciunted by a third if you plead guilty at the earliest opportunity
- A surcharge of 40% of the value of the fine
- A contribution towards TfL's costs
- Compensation for the fares avoided
If you are found guilty then this is a criminal conviction. If you are prosecuted under the TfL Bylaws (which is what normally happens) then the conviction isn't normally recorded on the Police National Computer and won't normally appear on Basic DBS checks although we always advise people to be honest when asked if they have a conviction.

Indeed it will help you if you start your own thread. But anyone found guilty in a court case has a record made of their conviction, plus you can expect a punishment. Th Punishment in these sorts of cases is a fine. The criminal record is literally a record made by the court of the person who was convicted of an offence at that court.
