Do not wait to get a letter, as as been advised it is better to instruct sooner rather than later so you can gather any evidence for mitigation.

Are you looking for help in your consultation with a solicitor? I'm not sure we would be able to do this. It's important that you tell a solicitor everything so they can fully assist you. Some things wouldn't want to be said on a public forum online to strangers.

Especially if English is not your first language, having a solicitor will be helpful as they can help draft a letter.

Manak Solicitors have previously explained on the forum that their costs are £200 for a consultation and £675 to write a letter to TFL. I suspect other firms will have a vaugely comparable price but this could well vary.

Yeah understand and appreciate it just wish that sort of thing soon and chill i really don’t want have any criminal record at all or go court or police i was so stupid i got panic very quickly thay effect me now for work and family around me
