Were you ever actually asked for your ticket?

This is important – the byelaw 18.2 offence requires that a ticket be asked for.

I have received an out of court settlement from Thameslink for £58.80. So glad this month long nightmare has come to an end. Thank you everyone for your help and advice. Much appreciated!
