For those who dont know Wyvern Rail is the commercial side of the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway based in Wirksworth Derbyshire. I imagine it would include not only the visitor restaurant but catering for business clients who visit the line almost daily to test various pieces of kit away from the main line network, and possibly meals on trains in the future. The line is expected to be open to Duffield by late 2010 which will connect with EMT's Matlock-Notts service.

Reading this it seems that the salary wont be out of this world, but I imagine the job will be very much what you make it.
