Carlisle - Settle line photography

just looking for some guidance and good locations to photograph the steam specials on the settle-carlisle line.

looking next week for the steam specials!

seen lots of shots in Steam railway mags, - tunnels exits, bridges, banks.


BUT wondering where they are how to get to them and best time of day.


what it to be worth it

Blea Moor and Ribblehead are two good ones, always popular. Take a good coat and waterproofs - seen some photters out there when it has been lashing down and very unprepared.
