Cardiff Valley lines explorer

Hi, I believe according to the stagecoach website this ticket has validity on both buses and Valley lines trains and is available on buses. I tried boarding the x3 only to be told the driver has never heard of it. I showed him it on my phone and he still said he's never heard of it and I'll have to get the next bus.

I've tried calling stagecoach only to get an 'I'm sorry the systems busy please try again later' message. Apart from this being appalling customer service, is this ticket still a thing and how do I buy it?

Hi, it is still a thing and the helpful chap on the phone at cwmbran depot told me the issuing instructions. Ticket purchased on the next bus. Was actually an easy to issue ticket and the chap on the phone was like me unimpressed.

For anyone who wishes to use this ticket it's just the dayrider button and 'vlines explorer' on the left.
