Hi everyone,

I'm going to Cardiff on Wednesday and was wondering if either the Arriva 175s or XC 170s have plugs on them for a laptop?

175's - definately not
I've not travelled on a CrossCountry 170... so can't help on that one I'm afraid! Enjoy your visit!

175s indeed do not have power sockets. 170s may have them in First Class, but otherwise no.

170s only have them in First Class (them engines can't spare enough for the whole train)
