I am going to Cardiff Central for an hour later on today. Can anyone tell me any information on what I would see and also if there is any freight??

Not as much freight as you would normally. Aberthaw Powerstation and Margam Steelworks are on their block holiday so there are fewer trains running. 57005 will still be there though <D

66's if that's you thing, shed loads of 142's, 143's, 150's, couple of 158's, 175's, 170's and HST's, and a few LHCS
