Card needed to pick up tickets

I’ve recently lost the debit card I used to buy some train tickets via Trainline. Can I pick the tickets up from the station‘s ticket machine using a different card or do I have to contact Trainline about this? I have the booking reference.

All depends on how Trainline have set it up. Give Trainline a ring and they'll sort it for you.
