Cancelled Exeter to Bristol Trains

Both services cancelled after Bridgewater - ticket acceptance on 13:27 Cross Country? Girlfriend is travelling Exeter St Davids to Chester and with her train cancelled and the one after she can't get to Chester today unless via Paddington - could get 13:27 to Bristol then Newport then Chester if tickets accepted on Cross Country.
