I am booked on the 15:46 itinerary today from Liskeard to Woodlesford.

Cross country appear to be running nothing to Plymouth all afternoon and everything showing cancelled to Bristol.

So we are leaving much earlier (14:19) to head to Bristol to make sure we pick up one of those mast services to connect to Woodlesford. Does this qualify for any sort delay repay?

Officially, no delay repay. You'd have to make communication with XC customer services because they caused you to use your time as a result of their fault.

If you choose to travel earlier than booked there is no entitlement to DelayRepay, but a politely worded email to customer services may bear fruit.
