Can someone identify this train interior?

I think the image used here might be a class 319 interior but I'm not sure

The story is referring to an assault on a Liverpool-Blackpool service so it would be weird if the journalist picked a random picture which turned out to be a 319.

Judging by the pattern on the seats, it looks to me like a Greater Anglia train, perhaps a 315. Can't be sure though!

Did a seach on tineye reverse image search and it came back with 17 results showing that the picture had been used in other articles..

No, the map on the side is in the newer blue and silver TL style that Thameslink introduced at the end of the franchise, and the train has 319 seats

Your right. I was trying to go off the route map but seems a bit off.

If you blow it up you can see Thameslink underneath. Blue wall at the back confirms it. It's a 39. (oops).

BBC are a bit better these days, but in the past I've seen them illustrate stories in Scotland with pictures of 3rd rail track and Southern Region slammers (well after the latter had been withdrawn, too). It never undermines the story though; it just annoys the pedantic enthusiast.
