hi guys,
i recently did an assessment day al LOROL but sadly i failed.
i mean the multiple choice questions, to my amasement, were far harder then those i practised in the example excercises they sent me in the post prior to the real test. I was also told that in my group (we were 22) more then the half failed the test, which did not surprise me at all..
I am told that i can re-apply after 6 months. my question is, does anyone know if there is a source of information (i.e.somewhere on the net etc,) i can get all the test questions from??
i mean i dont want to sound silly or anything , i mean I know that these companies want to determine ur level of intelligence and see if u are suitable for a train driver job. But am told that if u re clever, u can obtan this info (or part of this info) beforehand via the net,
I believe that the author of the test book fot train driver is www.shldirect.com but i briefly explored it but could any crucial breakthrough that may be of help.
anyway i would appreciate a porpouseful feedback
cheers

I doubt it to be honest..all the internet stuff are just examples of what you MIGHT get..there is no definative online test you can try as unlike most other professions, there are no self tests for train driving. The ones you do on the day are the ones you get,as you cant train outside the industry to drive

Hello Rob 70, sorry to hear weren't successful this time. Interesting to note that your experiences were so similar to mine (see my reply in your original thread).
