The first two crashes were the bus drivers speeding
For this, either the bus driver or the van driver has jumped a red light. I'd guess at the delivery van.
Gets more attention than any similar collision at a normal road junction, the likes of which happens up and down the country many times a day, purely because it involves the Busway
perhaps consideration should be given to making them run "driverless" over the busway using technology borrowed from Google or Tesla..........might be safer?
Bit of a difference. The first two incidents were drivers speeding as they re-entered guided sections. Metrobus has very little guided bus.
This latest accident appears to have been where one road crosses another which is unfortunate but happens. In the last few years, we've had a few bus collisions in Bristol and Bath.
