According to Kingfisher Tours, Network Rail are to reintroduce the Loco Ban on the Cambrian Coast. Can anyone confirm this?

I can't confirm it but various sources have told me the same thing. There is to be a one off dispensation so that Pathfinder can run a tour in the spring due to there previous tour there going wrong and ending up in Blackpool
