Looking to travel from London to Fort William some time in the half term (Oct 26th to Nov 2nd). Fancying heading up on the sleeper (in a cabin) and back by normal services two days later (e.g. out Tues, back Thurs). I've had a browse of the Scotrail mixing desk It seems it is cheaper to do the later sleeper to Glasgow then cross to Queen St.
Is this the case? I've only ever done the sleeper once and it was on a rover.
There would be two of us, with a two together railcard.
