Is it possible to book on the sleeper from Crewe? I've tried on their website and trainline and the fare is not available even through the timetable says it stops in Crewe.

Also I read that they are introducing new coaches. Are they in service yet?

Thanks for your help.

Yes it is possible to book the train from Crewe, 23:54 departure (unless its amended due to engineering works). The online reservation system is currently experiencing technical issues and is offline.

The new stock will not be in operation on that route until at least March 2019 at the earliest.

Also when is it you're trying to book travel for?

There's a massive banner on the front page of their website saying the reservation system is not working- this probably impacts on 3rd party sites too.

They do not have new coaches in service yet. As far as I understand they'll be introduced first on the lowland services

Give them a bell: 0330 060 0500 ( although the website says the booking system is down)

Either phone the number given above and try and book now or wait until the online booking system gets back up an running, I do think if you phone you'll be told they cant take bookings just now due to the technical difficulties though.
