A first single berth is now £108.90 to the lowlands with 30% off. Standard sleeper solos still unaffected.

I believe this happened with the change to Serco in April and I think it is a fantastic development! It has actually made first class on the sleeper affordable to the point that I now rarely use standard. I was able to book a very reasonable £115 ticket first class from Euston to Inverness in June with a railcard, it's fantastic value. It is definitely not a mistake as the tickets you receive have '16-25' printed on them and the staff accept them without any question. This means that first class sleeper tickets are actually considerably cheaper with Serco than under First Group, if you hold a 16-25 railcard.

For travel from Euston to Inverness on some November nights, first class fares with a 16-25 discount are as little as £86, which was actually unheard of under First Group.

You're right! The cheapest tier of London <> Highlands First Class ticket is going down on Sunday from £150 to £130 - this means that if you can secure the cheapest tier and are a railcard holder the excellent value £86 ticket is a go-er for many journeys.
