I was looking for some help, me and my partner wanted to travel on the Caledonian Sleeper from Fort William to Crewe on the night of the 24th of January 2025/ into the morning of the 25th January and was wondering what the best/cheapest way will be?

I ultimately want to leave Fort William anytime after 6pm and arrive back in Bristol by midday, the route I did want to go was Fort William - Crewe - Birmingham - Bristol.

Any help will be appreciated.

Indeed.

05.30 at Crewe - you could stay on through to Euston ( 08.00ish ) and get a GWR IET from Paddington and still make Bristol before 12.00 very easily - and much more refreshed from a full night's sleep.

It's also the same price iirc to Crewe & London as you're paying for a night's berth so you'll probably save money going to London assuming you were going to do the sleeper anyway!
