Does anyone know - do journeys have to be booked before the end of the validity of the flexipass, or taken before the end?

I.e, my flexipass runs out April 2022. If I book now for a journey in July 2022, is that ok?

To my understanding, no, you have to travel before expiry. But if you are buying a further flexipass, you can extend validity of unused tickets to match that of your new flexipass (which is a change from prior practice, whereby you could apply some unused tickets to the cost of the new flexipass).
