I found that BRFares shows up the fares as attached below, probably only different from the normal flows because of the additional cross-London transfer. Now I am not sure because I know the first class fares include a journey in Zones 1+2, and all cost the same as the equivalent London Terminals fares. These fares do not show up when searching for Lndon Estar CIV however. Can anyone verify that these are possible to issue, and if so whether this is limited to first or applies to standard as well.

London Estar fares are different to London Intl fares. The former is only sold by Eurostar iirc.

Whilst these fares exist I have never been able to get one issued (in the distant past when even ScotRail staff required to pay) at a booking office. A friend of mine took a good few weeks to get a public rate fare issued - they are like hens' teeth.

I do not know if the change of operator has changed matters - I suspect not.
