1B16 a failure at Aberdeen, loco has major fuel leak apparently

Just refreshed on RTT and it went to 53L, would that just be based on when it should have passed the next timing point or is it possible that it's going to reverse back to Carlisle and terminate there?

Most likely because the train was sat in the platform at Lockerbie. The 7 late report would of been the 'arrival' report, and then the 53 late would of been after the 'departure' report was received. At stations the passing time is formed using both the arrival and the departure reported times.

Could have always held the Inverness s/b at Perth if there were berths left, and given Aberdeen s/b passengers a chance to connect on the 22:26?

As there are no more trains off Aberdeen tonight, what's happened to the Aberdeen punters?

*EDIT* looking at twitter, it seems they've bussed them to Edinburgh for the Lowlander; which still hasn't left. Glasgow portion has already made it to Carstairs however.

Went down on the x/c service.

1M11 left Carstairs 50 Late having waited for the Edinburgh portion (which in turn was held for the Aberdeen passengers).

With a Freightliner 90 on it I believe (90042) + the 30 mins allowance in the timetable on Sunday nights for Single Line Working at Beattock not needed it should be back on schedule by Preston if not well before then.

1M11 left Carstairs 50 Late having waited for the Edinburgh portion (which in turn was held for the Aberdeen passengers).

With a Freightliner 90 on it I believe (90042) + the 30 mins allowance in the timetable on Sunday nights for Single Line Working at Beattock not needed it should be back on schedule by Preston if not before then.

1M11 was back on time by Preston but appeared to be delayed best part of 50 mins just after leaving. However still managed to arrive at both Watford Jnc and Euston 13 Early - in part helped by not having to go via Birmingham and also what looked like a clear run on the Fasts.

Not sure what the issue was between Preston and Wigan as 1S26 also suffered a similar length delay there.

Presumably the set that came up to Euston on 1M16 and now at Wembley is missing a few coaches for tonight's service if the Aberdeen portion didn't join up with it last night?

UPDATE: 73967 fixed it would appear and taking the stock back to Polmadie on 5B16
Path (0Z73) in for it to then to return to Craigentinny after stock dropped off.

1S25 subject to a late start due to driver taken ill on a Virgin service on the Down Fast at Berkhamsted (9G43). Down slow not available due to OLE damage.

Further investigation looks like 2003 IG43 stopped down fast Leighton Buzzard, on move now 2215

Edinburgh is 4 vice 8. Alter Carstairs it will be 5 vice 8.

No idea about loading.

Stock was taken to Polmadie on 5B16 this afternoon. However, those coaches should have been at Wembley with the rest of 1M16, so about 400 miles out of position...!
