As mentioned before my tickets are sorted, look forward to see any members if they are around.

Is anyone going to be staying in Southend (or London I suppose) after this event? If yes, would there be any interest in a post- blue train forum meet?
The latter, i.e. single line stretch that connects Limehouse to Stratford.
Jon, Pitsea Sand Drag according to 'das system'. I believe it was hoped to get into Tilbury FLT but it couldn't be arranged.
Chariot, I've lost the timings but from memory 1130ish from Gas Factory to Bow, will try and confirm nearer the time.
I will be on this, but i have to be back in Paddington to catch the 20:45 train to Swansea

I thought the times were due to be uploaded to the website today?
Anyway, I would like to recast my question, given the times seem to be known now. Can anyone confirm the times of the blue train in the area of Thorpe Bay or Shoeburyness please? Anything up to Southend Central would be adequate, although not necessarily preferred. Thank you![]()
There should have been times published today, but there have been some last minute changes to times. Those with tickets like myself had a email from C2C this morning with these details.

C2C have dropped the drive past of Ilford Depot

Some members on this trip may have seen me, even if I didn't see you! I was the odd-looking fellow wearing LUL uniform. (Don't worry, I'm not that sad -), had to leave early after the lunch break at Southend to come back to London to book on for a dead late duty. Such a shame, as it was acctually quite nice, with friendly staff, a nice atmosphere on the train, (easy to talk to complete strangers), and I'd have loved to have done the depots. But oh well, there we go!
Must have been u i saw this morning
Probably, don't think anyone else was unfortunate enough to have to wear uniform on it... ^^"
You must of been sitting the other side of me than, was it you who got off at Southend?
Yup, had to get a service train back up to London as it wasn't possible to arrange a drop-off at Barking, or a safe walking route across into the LUL possession, (although they did try).
