i have applyed for a job at c2c and passed all of my assesment and interviewed and now i am waiting to here back but they have said i have a place in the candadate talent pool has anyone else had this or has anyome hurd back

Usually means you're good enough, but they have hired enough already from who have been interviewed.

You may get lucky and get a phone call within the next year or so but that's it I think

Somewhat, I'd probably ring their HR department every time you see a new position you like the look of on the internet with them come up though, they tend to go straight to advertising it then taking on new applicants rather than looking through their back catalogue, as they may of found other employment.
