Having said all that....I suppose we all have to be realistic and appreciate that there must be hundreds (if not more) of applicants for each role....

....and whilst I don’t begrudge the few on here who have succeeded (jealous too) some better communication would be preferable.

They should tell you there and then? Or do you mean the MMI results? The computer tests they tell you there and then but the MMI was a bit of a wait

From what I can remember they didn’t ask me about the company at all! I researched the company for no reason at all. It was all questions about me. Past experience. Why I want to do the job etc. What I want from it.
