BVE TMD Class 31

Quick question: how do you start the Class 31 from BVE Traction Maintenance Depot? I've got the reverser in forward, the brakes are off, and no matter what throttle setting I choose (P1, P2, or P3) it just sits there! Clearly I need to get the thing started, but there's no hint of how to do so in any of the text files that came with the install!

first you need to put reverser into foward then back to nuetral cancel the beep
then press 2 and hold to started up then reverser foward again

It may have a DRA sequence fitted though, can't remember without running it. Pressing Space bar will reset DRA.:D

There are no locos in the BVETMD with a DRA fitted, only the class 56 has a parking brake, therefore the 31, 37/9, 50 and 73 don't need the space bar.
