Buying tickets.

Hello all,
Just a quick Question.
Is it possible for me to buy a ticket Dover to Doncaster and return
at Doncaster BO then send it in the post to Dover for the person to use?
Not been in a booking office for a few years so I'm a bit rusty. :D

I presume 'BO' means booking office?

Yes this is possible, but it might be easier to buy some East Coast Gift Vouchers online, which the other person can use to buy tickets on the East Coast website and then collect with any card from the ticket machines at Dover.

There are a couple of ways to do this sort of thing, but maniacmartin's post covers the simplest, quickest and one of the cheapest.
