How long do I have to wait for my Railcard to arrive?

When I bought a Railcard online at 00:15 on the day I became eligible for it, the card was delivered some 33 hours later to an address over 300 miles from the place it was posted. I was impressed!

I have both bought and since renewed on line, and in both cases, they arrived within 2 days.

I was equally impressed.

I ordered just before xmas and it arrived in two days.

A hidden benefit of purchasing online (at least with Senior Railcards) is that they are plastic printed types, not those daft paper tickets that fade away before their validity runs out.

That's the case with all railcards

If the need for a railcard is time-critical then the OP can consider purchasing one at a station - any National Rail ticket office can sell them

My experience was the same, two days for a new railcard but a rather impressive one day for a replacement for a lost card!
