Buxton crews

hi all,

This might be a hard question to answer considering it is such a small depot, but basically i am looking for information on the Buxton train crew depot the things I would like to know are;

1) Do Buxton do the majority of runs on the line or is it equally split between Buxton and pic?

2) How far down the route do they sign? I know during peak times trains go to Blackpool North and Preston etc but how far do they sign, do the crew swap at oxford road or pic or do they run the whole route?

I'm sure I've seen crew changes at Oxford Road before on the longer journeys.

Not sure how far they actually sign but Man Vic drivers take over at Oxford Road fairly often for Clitheroe, Blackpool and Preston.

1)I think the Piccadilly-Buxton runs is just over half in favour of Buxton Conductors, but not 100%sure on the Drivers.

2)Buxton Train crew sign up to Preston, Blackpool North and Wigan, and take several service to these destination daily. The Conductors also sign to Chester.

do you know what time service the buxton crew take all the way to blackpool? also how do they return because as far as i am aware they only go one way and there is no return services?

One of the afternoon runs goes all the way and they pass back on another service.
