One of the most useful functions on this site is the ability to list all journeys on a service (the "Vehicles" option below each timetable) to see which specific vehicle operated each journey with data available going back many weeks. At least until today when this function has been removed from the site. It's still possible to find journeys worked on a vehicle by vehicle basis but this is not much help when checking say reliability of a specific journey in a timetable or what bus worked a particular journey especially for larger operators. So all that's left is live tracking of vehicles currently on a service, which operators' own apps often present more attractively, but this is no use for completed journeys.
The data is clearly still there but this specific filter has gone. Anyone know what's going on and whether the function might be restored? I hope this isn't the precursor to certain functions only being available to subscription holders: that may be true of aviation tracking sites but surely goes against the whole ethos behind the Bus Open Data Service.
