Buses between Bedford and Kettering - other TOCs allowing EMT tickets?

Bit late, but yes. Ticket acceptance on alternative, normally non-permitted, routes is usually only for emergency closures. Where it is engineering works announced well in advance it is assumed passengers will plan around them.
