I've been putting together a reading list of travelogues which mainly include zipping about on buses. So far, I've read:

Move Along, Please (Mark Mason)
Great British Bus Journeys
Riding Route 94 (both David McKie)

Also on my radar are:

Route 63: Around England On A Free Bus Pass (David Hadfield)
Lands End To John O'Groats With A Bus Pass & A Dog (Eric Newton)
Bus Pass Britain (Various)
Bus Pass Britain Rides Again (Various)

As far as travelogue-style bus blogs go, I only know of my own (https://slowertravel.co.uk), but I'm sure that there must be others out there that I could get stuck into.

Any recommendations would be very much appreciated, and they don't have to be limited to the UK.

Three women set out in 2009 to ride very single bus route in London, end to end - they achieved their aim in 2014 with a ride on the X68, accompanied by a fair number of what had by then become their numerous followers!

Now after a break they are doing it all over again, and comparing what has changed in the meantime.

What a top shout that is, and an absolutely colossal effort, too. My dinner time reading has been easily sorted for the rest of the week....in fact, for the forseeable future!

Always on the look out for more, of course :)
