Hello, do anyone know of secure storage outside or inside even in either liverpool, runcorn, wigan or manchester areas for preserved buses? 24/7 access and reasonable rates too. Thanks

The Merseyside Transport Trust do rent out space in their Burscough base, although the shed is pretty full these days so I don't know whether they will accept any more. http://mttrust.co.uk

Have you tried the St Helens museum? I don't know what their current space position is.

No exatly the North West, but First Potteries have there outstation (former depot) in Newcastle Under Lyme . I know the local "POPS" useit.
