Bus stop for Norfolk in Kent

Today as I was travelling on the 477 from Dartford to Bluewater, I noticed that the bus stop at Lowfield Street (Stop L) had a flag (I think that’s what it’s called) that mentions Konectbus X55.

I applaud Kent County Council for buying used and perfectly functional bus stops for cheaper than new, but surely the flag could have been removed before its erection.

Has anyone else noticed it? Or, noticed similar in other locations?
