One thing I've never found online is a national collection of bus service changes. There are dozens of places to go for "local" information, but I've never seen one source that covers changes all over the country.
Dunno if this will work, but (as somewhere to start) here are the changes for Stagecoach services in/around Sheffield on 30 October 2011. Feel free to join in

Service 25 Bradway City centre Woodhouse
There are minor timetable changes in the Woodhouse area.
Services 43 / 43A Chesterfield Dronfield Sheffield
Service 43 will see timetable changes throughout the day. These are designed to improve punctuality.
New route 43A will be introduced to provide journeys at peak times up to every 30 minutes between Dronfield and Sheffield and replaces withdrawn service 293. Off peak Monday to Friday it will operate every 60 minutes. Together with service 43 buses will run up to every 15 minutes at peak times Monday to Friday, and 3 journeys an hour off peak Monday to Friday between Sheffield and Dronfield.
The 43A will operate from Hallowes to Sheffield via Hilltop, Coniston Road, Leabrook Road, Longcroft Road, Stubley Hollow and then match the 43 route from Sheffield FC to Sheffield city centre via Meadowhead and Woodseats.
As a result of low usage on the current 293 service, particularly on Saturdays, service 43A will only operate on Mondays to Fridays.
An additional early morning journey on Mondays to Fridays will depart Sheffield for Dronfield at 0525 on route 43.
Services 44 / 44A Chesterfield Dronfield Sheffield
There are timetable changes throughout the day to improve punctuality.
A new Sunday service will be introduced on route 44 running every 60 minutes between Dronfield and Sheffield.
Services 50 / 50A Chesterfield Eckington Sheffield
The route will be altered with services 50 and 50A operating between Chesterfield, Eckington and Sheffield only. The link to Holymoorside will be covered by new route 84 throughout the daytime, evenings and on Sundays.
During the evening and on Sundays there are timetable and route changes. At these times an hourly bus will run on route 50 from Chesterfield to Sheffield matching the daytime route. The link to Halfway tram terminus is therefore withdrawn, but customers may now travel directly by bus to Sheffield.
An additional journey every hour during the daytime on Sundays is retained between Chesterfield and New Whittington.
Service 52 Woodhouse City Centre Hillsborough
This route will form part of the next phase of the Sheffield Voluntary Partnership Agreement Optio Red.
Service 52 will be jointly operated by Stagecoach in Sheffield and First South Yorkshire with tickets available that can be bought and used on any bus.
There will be a minor route change for Stagecoach journeys with buses running from Hillsborough to Crookes via Heavygate Avenue instead of Heavygate Road. There is no change of route for journeys towards Hillsborough.
There are significant timetable improvements in order to provide a combined 4 minute Monday to Friday daytime frequency between Hillsborough, Sheffield City Centre and Handsworth. An 8 minute frequency will be provided by each operator along the current routes beyond Handsworth to Woodhouse, with Stagecoach buses continuing to serve Woodhouse village centre.
The combined frequency at other times is as follows: Saturday daytime every 5 minutes, Sunday daytime every 10 minutes, evenings every 15 minutes.
On Friday and Saturday nights Stagecoach will operate a new Night Bus service N52 across the daytime route every 30 minutes between midnight and about 0400, with last buses from the city centre at 0400 to Hillsborough and 0445 to Woodhouse. Special fares will apply with day and weekly tickets not valid for travel.
Service 87 High Green City centre Lowedges
A Sunday service will commence on this route. Buses will run every 30 minutes during Sunday daytimes throughout the route.
As a result, Service 88A will no longer operate between Chapeltown and High Green on Sundays.
Services 88 / 88A Ecclesfield City centre Bents Green
On Sundays, all buses will now operate between Chapeltown, Ecclesfield, City centre and Bents Green every 30 minutes. The link between High Green and Chapeltown will still be operated, but by new journeys on route 87 which has been introduced on a Sunday for the first time.
There are no changes on Mondays to Saturdays.
Service 120 Halfway City Fulwood
On Saturday mornings the 0445 from Halfway will run earlier and depart at 0437 in order to provide better connections with trains from Sheffield station.
Service 215 Sheffield Bakewell
The evening journeys operated on service 240 under contract to Derbyshire County Council will be renumbered 215. There are no changes to the timetable or route.
Service 293 Dronfield Sheffield
This service will be withdrawn due to low usage. New route 43A will provide alternative buses between Dronfield and Sheffield, via Woodseats.
Stocksbridge Supertram Link
A number of new journeys will be introduced on Mondays to Saturdays between 1900 and 2030.
On Mondays to Fridays, there will be extra journeys from Middlewood at 1921, 1938, 2005 and 2025 providing later connections with Supertram.
On Saturdays, there will be an extra bus from Middlewood at 1921. In addition, departures from Middlewood at 1822 and 1903 will extend from Deepcar, back to Middlewood to provide later connections for people heading into Sheffield.
