Well, I managed to call up a ticket for next week via the National Rail Enquiries app and follow through to GWR Web Site.
However, it does state:
Heathrow Terminal 5 Bus to Exeter St Davids
So I didn't know if that is correct or not.

I believe the bus now calls at the bus stop in the timetable data, rather than the rail-only NLC (as @SickyNicky had previously identified was happening).
Perhaps the fastest response I've seen when it comes to resolving a data issue involving GWR!
