Does any one know where to buy these bulbs? I have tried ebay but no luck. A very good Mate of mine has just given Me His Lamp that He got when He was a Southern Region Driver in the 1970's.

Its a 3.6V 1.8W (0.5A) if that helps.
I have seen an LED bulb available but cant remember where.
NL312 is the bulb type-

I have just gone to maplins store for a battery box for the bardic.
They have such a box whih hold 3Xd batteries to power the bardic.
The battery box is £1.50 and 4D batteries can be bought at any £1 land store.
The box will fit inside the bardic no problem.
Have some happy lamping.
