Builders plate lot number

I have a builders plate from York 1985
With the lot number 30995

Can anyone tell me what class of unit this was from please?
Something like a 313 possibly.

Bit late for a 313. Can't find any online lists of lot numbers, and my RCTS books don't go quite that late.
What was being built at York in 1985? 317/318s maybe?
