Good Evening, I have been researching American built diesels operating in the UK . I came across the roster of the former British Steel Alco switchers and discovered at least two of them survive. I see Alco #801 is now on the Nene Valley and is safe for the time being. However, Alco #804 was test started and then put up for sale. Has Alco #804 been sold or broken up for spares for the #801?

If Alco #804 survives would it not be a good backup unit for the two EMD SW1001 switcher locomotives?
