And it is also correct. The ES ticket is valid to 'Zone Bruxelles/Brussels', essentially all SNCB/NMBS stations within the main area of the city eg. Schuman, Luxembourg. However, it is not valid on the metro/bus/tram or to the Airport.

"Eurostar tickets from or to Brussels-Zuid/Bruxelles-Midi (Brussels) are valid within the entire Brussels zone."
And as to what GeraldFiennes said:
1) There is no metro/tram to the airport.
2) Bus is operated by 2 different companies, not by the train company.
3) Train station is outside of the Brussels zone anyway, and needs a Diabolo supplement
