Broken down train at Huntingdon

Looks like 1A37 has expired near Huntingdon on the Up and has been at a stand for nigh on 2hrs. There is double Hull Trains behind so should have been compatible for assistance but seems to be taking a long time or are the wires involved as well? A further 10+ trains marooned behind it.

And I've now been stuck on the main line southbound, north of Huntingdon, for nearly two hours. A fitter was due to arrive half an hour ago to fix the brakes of the train in front, but there must be a giant backlog of trains by now. Hardly seen any trains go north in the last hour - knock-on...
