Broken down freight

Anyone know what it is? (apart from a broken down freight train :p )

6E78 1731 Bury St Edmunds - Peterborough.

Severe air leak on a couple of wagons in the train that couldn't be isolated, so a 2nd loco was sent from Peterborough to provide air/brake to the rear half of the train.
