There appear to be copies in Southampton Central Library, Reference, Local Section; they are not for loan. As Ashford had a railway works, have you checked the library’s catalogue?

Gloster, a sore point that, Ashford had a brilliant railway room in the library but when the building was rebuilt as the local Gateway Centre a few years ago the railway archive was transferred to "storage" at the county archive in West Malling, trying to find anything there is a complete nightmare so much so that the Kent Archaeological Society have created thier own archive away from the county archive, so sad.
