Yes, but it is not available since TSC closed. The last I read was that all downloads will be available soon.

And to add, it doesn't matter about putting email addresses like that anymore. Remember, putting things like me @ me.com will be caught in the same way as a mailto: link. All you have to do is set the BOT to recognise things like me AT myemail DOT com and it will convert it to the actual email address. Even pictures of email addresses are starting to be recongised if the picture is named "email" or something.

Hotmail's and indeed most other spam filters will catch most unwanted emails.
