I see there's a new excursion train operating from July by Belmond, details at https://www.belmond.com/trains/europe/uk/britannic-explorer/ .
What is included in the price?

See Britain through new eyes aboard the first ever luxury sleeper train in England and Wales. Paying homage to the Great British tradition of touring, the Britannic Explorer celebrates the art of slow travel, preserving Britain’s pioneering railway history while ushering in a new era of culture and creativity. Visit and rediscover intriguing villages, historic cities and awe-inspiring countryside, admiring the landscapes from your private suite...
A Britannic Explorer luxury train journey includes comfortable suite cabin accommodation, daily table d'hôte meals, and a selection of alcoholic and other beverages. Onboard entertainment and outdoor experiences are also included in the package, with sightseeing excursions, as shown in your itinerary and booking confirmation...
It looks like it will be offering 3 and 6 night trips based around Wales, Lake District and Cornwall in a train with a brand new ultra luxurious interior.

Prices for a couple start at £12,600 in their lowest priced cabin for a 3 night Welsh trip, rising to a whopping £66,400 for a grand suite on the 6 night trip!

Besides the question of who can afford this trip, does anyone have any info on what the actual train type is?

Apologies if this has already been discussed (I did search first).

Ex-Belmond Grand Hibernian vehicles, themselves former Irish Rail Mk3 coaches.

Haulage likely DB 67s, but 66 was also suggested.

There is already a thread on this topic, from November when the train was first announced:
