The Brighton Mainline is closed for a week in February next year (as well as countless weekends up to this), between Three Bridges and Brighton
Has consideration been given to the mass numbers of people who will be affected by this? I know that services are running from Brighton to Victoria via Worthing and Horsham, but I expect these services will be packed, as will the buses running on other routes.
Are there plans to, for example, run trains from the East Coastway via Tonbridge and Redhill to London, or use buses to connect to Uckfield line services?
I am worried we will see another replacement bus disaster, if the alternative services are insufficient to meet demand.

The December timetable has hardly started to be published yet - how do you expect to know what the revised timetable will be this far in advance?

NwR's Press release is here: https://www.networkrail.co.uk/feeds...announced-for-october-2018-and-february-2019/
Passengers advised to plan ahead as Brighton Main Line rail improvement project is announced for October 2018 and February 2019
The line from Brighton to Three Bridges and Lewes to Three Bridges will be blocked, with the implication that services to/from London via Hove would be affected as well. That means that the alternatives to a rail replacement bus are via the Arun Valley (Horsham route) or via St. Leonards Warrior Square and Tonbridge.
