Such trains are unlikely to have a timing point at Bridlington itself, just the last before entering/first after leaving the relevant possession.

There have been engineering trains, plenty of them. If you have Facebook checkout the group 'Hull to Scarborough line. The good old days'. there have been plenty of pictures on there. A couple of Northbound one last week as well one woke me up
