Hello, does anyone know if this ticket would get me to Kelvden Hatch nuclear bunker , and if so can it be purchased with a tfl staff pass and two standard paygo oysters?

As for whether you can get PlusBus with a free travel pass, that doesn't seem to be within the spirit of the rules. With Oyster PAYG? Ensignbus operate the route 21 between Brentwood and the Nuclear Bunker. Return fare seems to be £4.10 each. Plusbus isn't accepted according to the fare chart.
